Os mistérios dos vinhos submersos

O fundo do mar tem muitos mistérios, inclusive no envelhecimento das garrafas de vinho. No começo deste século, mergulhadores começaram a trazer para a superfície garrafas encontradas em navios naufragados. Seus rótulos já haviam se perdido, porém muitos destes vinhos e, principalmente, champanhes, pareciam intactos. Alguns foram a leilão, com preços recordes. Em 2010, a Acker Merrall & Condit leiloou uma Veuve Clicquot, resgatada de um naufrágio na Finlândia, pelo equivalente a US$ 44 mil.
