Returns (Perishable Goods only)

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

Damaged product

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the product is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the delivered product.

We will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (the full address and number of days will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.
