Our Shipping and Cancellation Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.
We (www.edivovina.hr) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.
Delivery will be made through our Courier Partners UPS, DPD & DHL.
We normally dispatch in 24 hours after the order has been placed.
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.
Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer and he/she must be aware of its details according to his/her country.
The buyer is responsible for the customs fees. The sender doesn’t do refunds in cases when the buyer refused to pay customs fees.
When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s). We reserve the right to use an email address you provide in your details while making an Order to inform you about updates and other information regarding your Order.

The delivery fee is calculated based on the value of the order, product size, and destination country.
Additional delivery service fees may be applicable based on the specific conditions of each delivery. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time, or if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery after a reasonable amount of delivery attempts.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to notify our Website immediately of any change to their delivery address.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any Customer at our sole discretion.
