These terms of purchase define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or claiming goods offered on our web site. The Seller is offered on this site is Tre Stelle j.d.o.o., the Buyer is a trader who selects at least one product, fills out an electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.
By signing this agreement, the client agrees that he/she is bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
The announced prices are both in EUR and Croatian Kunas. However, all payments will be affected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian Kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. Because of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
The sale of alcoholic beverages and other drinks that contain alcohol to persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The goods are ordered exclusively by an electronic form – an internet store cart. The Buyer is required to enter the contact details and addresses (own and delivery) to complete the order process. If the Seller is not able to deliver all the ordered items, they will deliver those who can, and will in writing inform the Buyer within the time communicated to the Buyer after the order has been made.
Ordered items with or without delivery costs, depending on the order amount, the Buyer will pay the Seller with a credit or debit card. Credit Cards Accepted by American Express, Diners, MasterCard and VISA. Purchase orders are only made after it has been determined that the ordered products are available in the Seller’s
Delivery of goods is done by UPS and DPD delivery service. The Buyer is entitled to refuse to take over the shipment where there is visible external damage when picking up the shipment. Goods are insured against delivery loss and if the Purchaser does not receive any notice or delivery from the Seller or the Delivery Service after 20 days of delivery of the order, he must notify the Seller that he may act to find or send the Shipment.
COST OF DELIVERY
The shipping cost is payable for order delivery depending on delivery order location. Delivery costs are shown in the customer basket. Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. You must also pay all tariff, import, customs, tax, and other charges applicable in your jurisdiction.
The Buyer has the right to return the ordered goods, in which case the Buyer must cover the delivery costs. If the Edivo web shop staff determines that the goods are undamaged and in their original package, a full refund will be made. If the goods are damaged or not in their original package, the Buyer will have to cover the delivery cost to have the items returned to his home address.
The information provided on Edivo website is designed to help you select the dives most suited to your interests. The dive descriptions are as current and accurate as possible. Please note that occasionally changes in the descriptions do occur. Tour descriptions include approximate durations, which can vary due to border crossing, weather conditions and other circumstances.
When booking a dive, the deposit of 20 Euros per dive/person should be paid despite the departure time. In case of the cancelation, deposit is non-refundable. The rest of the amount will be payed to the tour director during the dive.
Any complaint about your tour should be made immediately to the tour director.
All refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the completion of the tour.
The dives may be cancelled due to the weather conditions. In that case the clients holding tickets for a cancelled trip can be either booked on another day or receive full refund.

The purpose of the PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) is to have a common international standard for the manner in which credit card data is processed. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Upon the order being executed, the Buyer will receive a notice that, if the condition of the item is available, the transaction (payment) is carried out.
